Hi, I’m James Leedham founder of 16-Bit Consulting.
After several years leading the commercial side of KONAMI’s European video games business, I set up this consultancy to work more directly with the teams making and selling games.
I’ve negotiated major platform deals, built publishing strategies, overseen retail and digital launches, and worked across physical and digital distribution. Now I bring that experience to developers, publishers, and games businesses who want practical, no-nonsense support.
No buzzwords. No filler. Just advice that helps your game or business sell better and earn more.
